I found the experience with my son to be very simple and straightforward. The website was easy to navigate to create a custom mouthguard colour scheme. My son and I didn't do too badly with the impression making process and now he's got the mouthguard he is very happy with the colours and the comfortable fit.

I received an email to say the moulds have arrived and have been accepted so I was getting updates throughout the whole process which was amazing!
We received the mouthguard not long after the acceptance email and my son said he can actually talk with it in which is the first time with his mouth guards! He said it’s so comfortable and stays in and up on his teeth and gums!

After a bad experience at the dentist with a mouth full of goo and gagging and vomiting all the way home. Even after that, the dentist said it didn’t work and they would have to do another to which we were not going back. Very efficient service. We had a little hiccup with the tray being too big for his mouth to get the impressions. A quick message to the support team and they were more than happy to send out some smaller trays for us. After sending off the impressions the process was quick and we have a perfectly fitted mouthguard.
