Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. While we can greatly improve on your impressions if necessary, the accuracy of the fit is partially determined by the quality of the impressions you take.

We understand taking an impression may not be as easy for some people, so if you haven't already yet, check out our simple Video Tutorials and articles at our Help Centre. Afterall, we want you to enjoy the high quality products we pride ourselves on!

If your custom items do not fit in a way they can be used as intended, you can submit a returns form within 7 days of delivery for one of our dental technicians to review.

When approved, we'll send you the required impression trays and putty to retake your impressions, including a prepaid return satchel. Once your custom items and new impressions are returned, you will be entitled to a remake. All costs for a remake will be covered by us.

Product care information

Storage instructions
Store your custom-fitted products in the provided protective case. Avoid exposure to sunlight or heat. Keep dry.

Recommended storage temperature: 5°C–35°C.

Cleaning and maintenance
It's important to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your products. Do not eat or drink while wearing the products.

The best cleaning results are achieved with Polident Daily Cleanser tablets. They will remove 99.9% of odour-causing bacteria, help to remove tough stains and reduce plaque build-up. They can be bought from the following retailers: Chemist Warehouse, Amcal, Priceline, Woolworths and Coles. We'll supply a small complimentary sample of these tablets to help get you started in a cleaning routine.

You can further clean your products using soap, curd soap, liquid soap and dish liquid, however, do not use any strongly perfumed soaps.

It's not recommended to clean any dental products, regardless of the brand, using toothpaste, mouthwash or water hotter than 50°C. Solvent-based cleaning agents may cause delamination of product layers.

Sterilisation
A sterilisation with gas and plasma (<50°C) is possible. As a result of the thermolability, the product is not autoclavable.

Product safety information

Material Composition
The Elite Sports Mouthguard is made from Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA).

The materials have been tested for biocompatibility according to DIN EN ISO 10993-1 and do not affect the user’s biological safety.

The materials are non-toxic and not made with Latex, do not contain DEHP (or other Phthalates), or Bisphenol A (BPA), and are monomer and gluten free.

The Home Impression Kit is a class 1 medical device and is registered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. ID: 372392
