In light of the Smile Direct Club sudden closure, all Smileflex retainer orders will be created within 3 business days over the Christmas period to ensure your teeth retain their current positions.
Our lab division will be temporarily closed over the Christmas period. Our warehouse team will still be fulfilling new orders (Impression Kits and Gel Refills) and receiving returned impressions as normal, however, custom-fitted products won't be made by our dental technicians until the week beginning 8th Jan, 2024.
